Hugo calls for ban on the use of nets to prevent birds nesting in trees

Earlier this afternoon, I spoke about how we must ensure housing developers limit the practice of using nets to prevent birds from nesting in trees and hedgerows.

I called on Ministers to update guidance to developers that nets should not be used during breeding season.

Parking at Cranbrook Education Campus

Earlier this afternoon I was at the Cranbrook Education Campus to talk about the need to address the lack of parking for parents at school drop-offs - we urgently need the council to allow a car park to be built on-site.
